Ms. Renee Joye currently serves as the Benedict College Women’s Business Center case manager as well as the program coordinator for the Business Development Center. With over 25 years of working in the public and private sectors, she has extensive experience providing training and technical assistance to the small business community. Ms. Joye is also an avid fundraiser and community advocate. She currently serves as the executive administrator for the South Carolina Combat Veterans Group, Incorporated.

Senior Community Business Advisor
Mr. Donald O. White currently serves as the Senior Community Business Advisor. He is a very proud alumni of "The Benedict College". As a native of Saint Matthews, SC, he truly believes in staying connected to his roots and pushing his community forward. He is an avid community advocate, visionary, and entrepreneur.
Donald is truly not afraid of a dance with opportunity and risk. He has worked in the insurance industry as an independent agent for more than 10yrs and the consumer lending and finance industry for 15yrs. He has also owned and managed his social hall "Club Klassic" for many years as well. Even though a victory was not granted, Donald ran for mayor of his hometown, Saint Matthews, SC in 2015 and 2019.
Donald's plans while in this role is very straight forward. He intend to channel all of his knowledge and passion through the BCWBC to impact as many aspiring hearts and minds as possible.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CONSULTANTS
Technical Assistance Consultants are also available to:
- Conduct education, training and information sessions to assist coronavirus-affected small businesses;
- Provide notable counseling and training programs offered by the WBC;
- Address challenges faced by small businesses after the effects of coronavirus; and
- Assist clients to improve business practices necessary to mitigate the economic effects of COID-19 or similar occurrences.
